Imagine being completely unprepared if a crisis occurs within your workforce. No company should bear that weight.
It’s a horrible topic, it’s not something that anyone should have to talk about but unfortunately, it is a very real problem that many people face.
What You’ll Discover
The Shocking Truth:
In a recent survey of over 100 organisations, 80% admitted having NO SYSTEM in place to handle an employee who was suicidal. The rest? Felt that their systems are, frankly, inadequate.
The awful irony is that when someone does end their own life, it starts a snowball effect throughout the rest of the company…
– Investigations into your organization
– Increase in staff turnover & absence
– Devastating emotional distress
– Decreased productivity
– And even further suicides
Something like this is a horrific event for everyone close to that person and even those further afield. It’s a true ripple effect.
And that’s why you need to be prepared to do everything you can to prevent it from happening.
Or, if it does happen, have a plan in place to support your team.
That’s why I have created a Suicide Prevention Pack that you can just plug into your company.
This pack has everything you need including a detailed policy, proven plans, and so much more!
For a one off fee of £700 you can save time, money, effort and lives!
“Fail to prepare, prepare to fail”
Repeated to me endlessly during my basic training.
Quick warning – things are about to get pretty intense.
The reason I got into this industry in the first place is that I’ve survived the crushing reality of mental illness myself.
During my time in the RAF and following a tough tour in Afghanistan in 2011 I developed Post-traumatic stress disorder and severe depression.
My life fell apart around me.
At my lowest, I began suffering psychotic episodes and many times, I felt on the verge of ending my life.
That’s when I knew I had a decision to make; I could end it all now or get up and fight for my health & happiness.
I decided to fight and take action.
After years of therapy, multiple medications, and hundreds of hours invested into my personal development and recovery, I was able to transform myself into a completely different person.
That’s why I know what it feels like to sit at a desk, and be surrounded by colleagues and yet feel completely alone.
But it isn’t easy for people to talk about something like this. Especially in the workplace when you aren’t as close with the people around you as you might be with your friends or family. Back then, I wanted someone in work to recognise that something wasn’t right and have the confidence to reach out to me.
This is what prompted me to create this pack,so that nobody ever finds themself in that same dark place I was.
